The poultry offal cooler is a machine that cools poultry offals after their removal process. The cooled product can then be stored.
The cooler can be used to cool hearts, livers, gizzards, and necks of poultry.
Operation:
The giblets are fed into the cooler through a hopper (1) that prevents them from falling out of the tank (2).
The offals are moved through the cooler by a screw (3) powered by an electric motor.
The screw is fitted with a triple feather with a mesh of holes (4) that minimizes damage to the giblets and water loss.
To maintain a low temperature, cold water is continuously added to the end of the tank. The new water then flows to the warmer zone.
The cooler tank is made of rolled sheet metal to which reinforcements are attached. The cooler body is supported by adjustable feet.
