Carcass chilling line

The chilling line cools the carcasses after the slaughtering and evisceration processes, to a temperature that allows their repeatable division into elements in the cutting process.

Air cooling can be combined with water cooling in the case of, for example, insufficient space for a chilling house capable of cooling the carcass to the desired temperature.

Description:

The feet are placed on the shackles using a rehanger or are hung manually.

The carcasses travel along the cooling path for a specified time, starting from the lowest level, as the most water drips off them at the beginning of the cooling process.

At the end of the chilling house, there is a mechanical unloader or another rehanger, adapted to connecting the cooling shackles with those for dividing the carcass.

The load-bearing structure of the shackle path must be able to support the entire installation and be resistant to loads and vibrations from the filled sling path.

For this purpose, we use I-beams in welded and bolted versions. The dimensions of the I-beams are selected individually depending on the line configuration.

We also rework existing support structures that you already own.
