The poultry feet scalder is a machine that steams poultry feet in water at a specific temperature.
Feet drop into a hopper at the beginning of the scalder directly from the foot unloader or from a conveyor.
A screw conveyor moves the feet to the end of the scalder at a controlled speed to achieve the optimal scalding time.
When the water level is low, a refill vessel opens the inlet valve to maintain a constant liquid level in the tank.
The temperature of the system is maintained by a heating jacket that is supplied with hot water in a closed circuit.
At the end of the scalder, a slide may be installed depending on the configuration to help feed the feet precisely.

Feet damage – 3 perforated blades at the end of the screw conveyor improve the discharge of the feet by reducing the amount of feet that is ejected at a time, preventing the steamer from clogging and crushing the feet.
Parameter flexibility – The adjustable rotational speed of the screw conveyor allows the steamer to be adapted to the desired steaming parameters and performance.
Durability– The construction is made entirely of stainless steel, which is durable and resistant to the action of strong cleaning agents.
Our poultry foot steamer is a solution that meets strict EU standards and is a long-lasting and solid construction for many years.
