This document relates to the processing and protection of personal data concerning Users in connection with their use of the website: https://unimasz.pl (hereinafter „the Site”).

Technical equipment plant “Unimasz” Ltd. respects the right to privacy of Users of https://unimasz.pl.

In particular, it cares about the protection of their personal data and uses appropriate organizational and technical solutions to prevent interference in the privacy of Users by third parties. Our actions are aimed at guaranteeing the User a sense of full security at a level appropriate to applicable law, including:

1. Regulation 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation);
2. The Act of July 18, 2002 on the provision of electronic services;
3. The Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications Law.

The use of the Site is carried out using the secure SSL protocol, which significantly increases the protection of data transmission over the Internet.

Please be advised that external links may be placed within the Site to allow its Users to reach other websites directly, or when using the Site, cookies from other entities may additionally be placed on your device, in particular from providers such as: Facebook, Twitter, Google+, in order to enable you to use the functionality of the Site integrated with these services. Each provider determines the rules for the use of cookies in its privacy policy, so we have no influence on the providers’ privacy policies and use of cookies. Glossary:

II. Data collection

Regarding the User’s use of the Website, we store http requests directed to the server. The resources viewed are identified by URLs and refer to:

• the public IP address of the end device from which the request came;
• the name of the User’s router – identification carried out by the http protocol, if possible;
• the name of the User given in the authorization process;
• the time of arrival of the request;
• the first line of the http request;
• http response code;
• the amount of data sent by the server;
• URL address of the page previously visited by the User (the so-called referer link) – in case if the access to the Website was through an external link;
• information about the User’s browser;
• information about errors that occurred during the execution of http transactions.

The above-mentioned data are not associated with specific individuals browsing the pages of the Website.

The Websites do not automatically collect any information except for the information contained in cookies. The information collected in this way is used, among other things, for:

1. managing the Site;
2. identifying possible security risks;
3. examining the aggregate traffic of Users within the Site and for statistical purposes, including with the use of Google Analytics and Newsletter tools, only if mailing campaigns are additionally conducted;

III. Processing of personal data

The data collected through the Service regarding the User may be used in order to determine the customization of the content of the Site to the needs of the User and in order to respond to the User’s question submitted using the contact form.

The collected personal data of Users are not transferred to international organizations or third countries. Personal data may be processed by other entities in accordance with EU or national law.

• lodge a complaint to the supervisory authority in the field of personal data protection – the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection;

IV. Use of Cookies

The Site, in accordance with Article 173 of the Act of July 16, 2004. Telecommunications Law, uses Cookies which are computer data, in particular text files, which are stored in the User’s terminal equipment. Cookies usually contain the name of the website they come from, the time they are stored on the end device and a unique number.

Cookies are used in order to:

1. simplify the User’s use of the Website while browsing;
2. later associate the User in case of reconnection to the Site with the device on which they were stored;
3. create statistics that help to understand how the Users use the Site, which makes it possible to improve their structure and content;
4. adapt the content of the Website’s pages to specific User preferences and optimize the use of the websites, tailored to individual User needs;
