Washing process cycle:

The principle washing zone is divided into main washing section and rinsing section. The washing process in the main washing section is carried out by circulating water in a closed loop. The detergent is automatically dosed into the main wash water tank. Accuracy, effectiveness and efficiency of container washing are guaranteed by the use of nozzles with variable angle of water outflow. A factor supporting the process of thorough washing of containers are guides and a mechanical conveyor for transporting containers with smooth adjustment of the speed of movement. In addition, there is a filtration system in the machine. The overflow filter collects all the impurities floating on the surface of the water in the tank separating them directly into the drain in the floor. The slotted – rotary filter with a dirt separator is self-cleaning, thus reducing the contribution of the operator’s work in maintaining the machine’s cycle. Washed containers go to the rinsing section, where they are rinsed using running water. After rinsing the container, the water flows into the basin for main washing.
