Electro-chemical cleaning

  • welds made by TIG, MIG and plasma methods, laser welds, dot welds
  • restoration of the protective layer damaged during welding
  • restoration of the passivation layer around the weld
  • purpose: stainless steel.

Pickling and passivation hall

  • immersion pickling: bath dimensions (length x width x height): 0.8m x 0.6m x 0.4m
  • spray etching: overall dimensions (length x width x height): 10m x 4m x 4m
  • degreasing, pickling, passivation
  • neutralization of acid washings after the pickling process with the automatic station “SKID”
  • purpose: acid-resistant steel
